Crock-Pot Brunswick Stew (Courtesy Ashley Holman)
Preparation: Combine all ingredients together in a large slow cooker, cook, covered, on LOW for 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
Ingredients:

1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 lb. chopped barbecue
(this can be from grocery store or
from your favorite BBQ restaurant
- make sure it is plain)
1 - 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes,
undrained
1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 - 15 1/4 oz. can whole kernel corn,
slightly drained
1 - 15 1/4 ounce can lima beans,
drained and rinsed
2 large baking potatoes, peeled
and cubed
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
