Cranberry Apple Cinnamon Sauce


  • Add cranberry juice, Alaga Light Corn Syrup, dried cranberries, and cinnamon to a sauce pan, and bring to a boil.  Simmer for 5 minutes to allow dried cranberries to hydrate.

  • Add apples, and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until apples have softened slightly.

  • Mix unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup of water, and allow it to hydrate.

  • Add gelatin to the sauce and mix thoroughly.

  • Remove from heat and remove cinnamon sticks.

  • Refrigerate immediately.  Allow gelatin to set.

2/3 cup Alaga Light Corn Syrup


6 oz Sweetened Dried Cranberries


3 Gala Apples (peeled, cored, and diced)


1 Cinnamon Stick (broken in half)


1 packet Unflavored Gelatin


1/4 cup Water
