Cranberry Apple Cinnamon Sauce
Add cranberry juice, Alaga Light Corn Syrup, dried cranberries, and cinnamon to a sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow dried cranberries to hydrate.
Add apples, and cook for another 2-5 minutes or until apples have softened slightly.
Mix unflavored gelatin with 1/4 cup of water, and allow it to hydrate.
Add gelatin to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Remove from heat and remove cinnamon sticks.
Refrigerate immediately. Allow gelatin to set.
