Caramelized French Onion Soup
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until tender.
Add brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and cook for about 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add broth, wine and cheese and reduce heat.
Let it simmer for about 15 minutes and enjoy with crusty French bread.

2 cans beef broth
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
